      Laigang Group Machinery Company has an annual production capacity of free-forged ingots of 400,000 tons and steel castings of 10,000 tons. Armed with analysis instruments including a Germany-made SPECTRO LAB M8 Photo-Electric Direct-Reading Spectrograph and a Japan-made EMIA-620 Carbon-Sulphur Infrared Analyzer, and some testing equipment for macrostructure test, metallographic test and

mechanical test, our company can provide users with refined EAF ingots and derived products with stable chemical composition and high purity. The ingot weight ranges from 0.69 ton to over 80 tons, and the ingot type includes square ingot, round ingot, polygonal ingot, slab ingot and block ingot of over 100 steel grades including quality carbon steel, alloy structural steel, anchor steel, bearing steel and die steel. The derived products from EAF steel mainly include φ140-φ260 round steel, alloy steel plate, template, die carrier and die block. Besides being used in forging and rolling by Laiwu Steel Group, our products are used by over 100 domestic users. In addition, our products are exported to Korea, for which our company becomes the only supplier in Asia approved by Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd, Korea in supplying ingots.
