Testing methods         

     Our company has a perfect quality assurance system and a complete product-testing method. Today we have two labs including the pre-smelting lab and the post-smelting one, armed with some advanced instruments including two Germany-made Photo-Electric Direct-Reading Spectrograph (LABM8 and LABM7), two Japan-made Carbon-Sulphur Infrared Analyzer (HORIBAS20 and HW2000) and an Electro Scale (AE-50); and we also have a physics lab equipped with an Ultrasonic Deflectoscope (CTS－23), a Metallographic Microscope (XJZ-6), a Universal Material Testing Machine (WE-30), an Impact Tester (JB30A), a Roughness Testing Instrument (TR100) and some testing instruments like Brinell Tester, Rockwell Tester, HL Tester and Rockwell Superficial Hardness Tester.
