Our company has two sets of smelting and casting equipment including a 30t EBT Electric Arc Furnace, a 30t LF Refining Furnace, a 40t VOD Vacuum Refining Furnace, a large-sized Casting Bay (matched with a 175-ton overhead crane), forming a smelting procedure as EBT EAF primary smelting – LF refining – VOD vacuum degassing. And the maximum ingot hits 80 tons while the maximum steel casting and iron casting hit 100 tons. |
